The Sexual Harassment Internal Complaint Portal (SHICP) is an initiative by NIFTEM-K to provide a single-window access to every woman, regardless of her work status to facilitate the registration of complaints related to sexual harassment. Any woman experiencing sexual harassment at the workplace can submit her complaint through this portal. Once a complaint is filed with the SHICP, it will be forwarded directly to the relevant authority responsible for taking appropriate action.
The objectives of the Internal Complaint Committee to Prevent Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace are as follows:
